and will be replaced with this message when the operation is completed;

Deleting All Spreadsheet Files

1. With the SPREADSHEET INDEX screen displayed, insert the diskette

containing the files you want to delete. The list of the files contained in that

diskette appears.

2. Press MENU to display the function menu.

COPY DELBIE RENAME CONVERT AlXi PROTECT ON/OFF PRINT

3. Select ALL DELETTE and press RETURN. This message will appear;

Delete all files on this index? Press Y (yes) or N (no).

4. Press Y to delete all Spreadsheet files on the diskette, or N to quit without

deleting. Files other than Spreadsheet files are not erased from the diskette.

2. Use T and 'i to select the file, then press MENU to display the

function menu.
