Set the date and time

Setting the date and time allows the machine to clean

the print head at the appropriate time to maintain

optimum print quality.

a Press Menu.

b Press a or b to choose General Setup.

Press OK.

c Press a or b to choose Date&Time.

Press OK.

d Press a or b to choose Date&Time.

Press OK.

e Enter the last two digits of the year on the

number pad, and then press OK.

Year:2013

Enter & OK Key

(e.g. Enter 1 3 for 2013.)

f Enter the two digits for the month on the

number pad, and then press OK.

g Enter the two digits for the day on the number

pad, and then press OK.

h (North and South America only)

Press a or b to choose 12h Clock or

24h Clock, and then press OK.

Select ab or OK

i Enter the time on the number pad, and then

press OK.

Press a or b to choose AM or PM, and then

press OK.

Set the Time Zone

You can set the time zone (not summer time but

standard time) on the machine for your location.

For example, the time zone for Eastern Time in the

USA and Canada is UTC-05:00.

a Press Menu.

b Press a or b to choose General Setup.

Press OK.

c Press a or b to choose Date&Time.

Press OK.

d Press a or b to choose Time Zone.

Press OK.

e Press a or b set your time zone.

Press OK.
