Setting printing preferences 1

You can change the printer driver settings from the Brother Universal Driver Preferences dialog box. Make

any necessary changes to the printer driver settings and click OK.

Basic tab 1

You can change the following settings.

 Paper Size

From the drop-down box, choose the paper size you are using.

 Orientation

You can set the position of how your document will be printed (Portrait or Landscape).

 Copies

You can set the number of copies to be printed.

• Collate

If you check this box, one complete copy of your document will be printed and then repeated for the

number of copies you selected. If you do not check this box, each page will be printed for the number

of copies selected before the next page is printed.

 Color / Mono (For Universal Printer Driver for BR-Script and color printing models only)

You can choose color or black and white printing.
