FILE MANAGEMENT
This section tells you how to use the floppy disk drive on your
typewriter, how to copy, rename, and delete your documents, and
how to convert them to and from formats used by other
wordprocessors.
File Management Menu
The FILE MANAGEMENT menu allows you to organise the data on your disks, in a similar
way to a paper filing system.
You can:
copy individual document files from one disk to another,
delete files that you no longer need from the disk,
rename files.
convert files to/from other wordprocessor formats,
delete all files from the disk.
To select file management:
1. First make sure you have a disk containing your files inserted into the disk drive.
2. Make sure the main menu is displayed on the screen.
