5-2. Adjusting the under looper, movable needle guard and needle guard F

5-2. Einstellen des unteren Greifers, des einstellbaren Nadelschutzes und des Nadelschutzes F

1. Turn the machine pulley to move the under looper to the far left position.

2. Loosen the bolt

q and adjust the distance between the under looper w tip and the needle center to 3.8 mm.

3. Raise the needle from its lowest position until the tip of the under looper

w and the needle are aligned, and then turn

A to adjust so that the tip of the under looper w contacts the needle by 0 – 0.05 mm.

1. Raise the needle from the down position, and align the under looper w tip with the center of the needle.

2. Loosen the screw

e and move the movable needle guard r to adjust the gap between the needle and the under

looper

w to 0 – 0.05 mm.

Raise the needle from its lowest position until the tip of the under looper w and the needle are aligned, and then loosen

the screw t and adjust the gap between needle guard F y and the needle to 0.05 – 0.2 mm (for fine thread of #50 or less)

or 0.2 – 0.3 mm (for thick thread of #30 or more).

3. Heben Sie die Nadel von der ganz a/jointfilesconvert/369458/bgesenkten Position an, bis die untere Greiferspitze

w auf die Nadel ausgerichtet

ist. Stellen Sie die untere Greiferspitze w mit der Schraube A ein, so daß der Abstand zur Nadel 0 – 0,05 mm beträgt.

1. Die Nadel anheben und die Spitze des unteren Greifers w auf die Nadelmitte ausrichten.

2. Die Schraube

e lösen und den Nadelschutz r verschieben, um den Abstand zwischen der Nadel und dem unteren

Greifer

w auf 0 bis 0,05 mm einzustellen.

Heben Sie die Nadel von der ganz a/jointfilesconvert/369458/bgesenkten Position an, bis die untere Greiferspitze w auf die Nadel ausgerichtet ist.

Lösen Sie die Schraube t, um den Abstand zwischen dem Nadelschutz F y und der Nadel auf 0,05 – 0,2 mm für feines

Garn (von #50 oder weniger), bzw. auf 0,2 – 0,3 mm für dickes Garn (von #30 oder mehr) einzustellen.
