5-3. Oberer Greifer

1. To install the over looper q, loosen the screw w and move the over looper q to the left or right to set dimension A.

Note: At this time, check that the distance B that the over looper

q moves to the right from the center of the needle

e (the horizontal distance with respect to the top of the needle plate) is as given in the table below. At the

time of shipment from the factory, the over looper base

t is adjusted so that it touches the right side (left

side when using ultra-high lift) of the guide bush positioning plate

r, and it should not be moved from this

position.

2. To adjust dimension C, loosen bolt

y and move the over looper arm u.

1. Lösen Sie die Schraube

w zum Einbau des oberen Greifers q und verschieben Sie den Greifer q zum Einstellen des

Abstandes A seitlich.

Hinweis: Kontrollieren Sie, ob der Abstand B, um den sich der obere Greifer

q von der Nadelmitte e nach rechts

bewegt (horizontaler Abstand in Bezug auf die Stichplattennoberseite) dem in der nachstehenden Tabelle

angegebenen Wert entspricht. Bei der Auslieferung ist die Übergreiferplatte

t so eingestellt, daß sie die

rechte Seite der Führungsbuchsenplatte

r (linke Seite bei Verwendung des besonders großen Hubs) berührt;

diese Position darf nicht geändert werden.

2. Zum Einstellen des Abstandes C die Schraube

y lösen und den oberen Greiferarm u verstellen.
