STRETCH STITCH AND TRIPLE STITCH

1 Stretch stitch

2 Reinforced stitch

Use on knit fabrics that stretch. Do not stretch fabric while sewing

with this stitch.

Use on high stress areas like the arm holes of sleeves and the

crotch of slacks as a strengthening stitch.
