Beeper Volume 1

When the beeper is on, the machine will

make a sound when you press a key, make a

mistake, or after you send or receive a fax.

You can choose a range of sound volume

levels, from High to Off.

a Press Menu.

b Press a or b to choose

General Setup.

Press OK.

c Press a or b to choose Volume.

Press OK.

d Press a or b to choose Beeper.

Press OK.

e Press a or b to choose Low, Med, High

or Off.

Press OK.

f Press Stop/Exit.

Speaker Volume 1

You can choose a range of speaker volume

levels, from High to Off.

a Press Menu.

b Press a or b to choose

General Setup.

Press OK.

c Press a or b to choose Volume.

Press OK.

d Press a or b to choose Speaker.

Press OK.

e Press a or b to choose Low, Med, High

or Off.

Press OK.

f Press Stop/Exit.

You can also adjust the speaker volume by

pressing Hook.

a Press Hook.

b Press d or c .

Each key press changes the volume to

the next setting. This setting will stay

until you change it again.

c Press Hook.
