15. TROUBLESHOOTING

• Does the power supply voltage match the

control box voltage specifications?

Check the voltage.

• Abnormal rise in sewing machine motor drive voltage.

Turn off the power switch and check the voltage.

(Under voltage)

• Abnormal drop in power supply voltage.

Check the input voltage.

(Overcurrent)



• Is the 9-pin or 11-pin connector inside the

control box disconnected?

Insert the connector securely.

Err 711

(Needle zigzag

• Problem with PMD P.C. board.

Replace the control box.

Err 740

(Cooling fan

problem)

• The cooling fan (1) inside the control box is

not working.

Check if it is blocked with thread scraps.

• Is the 3-pin connector inside the control box

disconnected?

Insert the connector securely.
