15. TROUBLESHOOTING

Error code Possible cause Page

Err 790

(Solenoid power

supply error)

• Is the solenoid fuse (8 A) inside the control

box blown?

Replace the fuse.

Err 791

(Solenoid

overcurrent)

• This is displayed when there is overcurrent in any of the solenoids (thread

trimming, thread wiping, upper thread feeding, quick reverse or presser lifter).

Check the resistances of the solenoids.

• Problem with main P.C. board.

Replace the control box.

If an error code that is not listed above appears or if carrying out the specified remedy does not solve the problem,

contact the place of purchase.
